What is Online Coaching?

  • TAILORED MOVEMENT PLAN

    Not everyone is able to hit 10k steps a day or is confident enough to go to the gym. This is why we gain all the information we need about you in our consultation; from that we can create the perfect movement plan for you, your lifestyle and your goals. We'll provide you with a structured routine that works for you and the equipment you have access to, so you can achieve your goals as efficiently as possible! These workouts will be done in your own time, and we'll be at the end of the phone if you need us!

  • PERSONALISED NUTRITIONAL PLAN

    Exercise and nutrition come hand in hand when it comes to making changes to your health and reaching your goals. We believe in a balanced, sustainable approach to nutrition; holding space for all the foods you love but within reason! Over the first few weeks of your coaching, we will strip back your current nutritional intake to see where you're sitting at the moment. From this we'll set small, realistic goals to make sure you're giving your body what it needs to maximise your progress. We'll also provide you with calorie and macronutrient targets, as well as some amazing meal and recipe ideas.

  • CHECK INS & COACHING CALLS

    Check ins are weekly or biweekly, along with biweekly or monthly coaching calls, depending on the level of support that you need. Check ins are to track your progress and ensure you're making the progress you hoped for! Depending on your goal, we will track your bodyweight, measurements, progress pictures, sleep quality and mindset towards the process. Firstly this will keep you accountable, but it also means we can make adjustments when we need to, to maximise your progress while we work together.

  • APP BASED

    Our packages are completely app-based so you can continue to make progress wherever you go. Have easy access to your plan, technique videos, recipes, progress tracking and more, all in one place.

  • ONGOING SUPPORT

    We are here to support you through all aspects of your health and fitness journey, whenever you need us. Contact us directly through the in-app chat, send us videos of your techniques, pictures of your meals; we can jump on a call if you need. Wherever you are, whenever you need, we're here to support you all the way!
